Position Description: 

eBrevia is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Associate to join our growing team. This person will assist with marketing projects, sales support, and administrative tasks. He or she will play an important role in the growth of the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Create marketing collateral and lead other marketing projects, such as website redesign, video production, and developing an SEO strategy (technical expertise not necessary, but a plus).
  • Provide sales support, manage and facilitate eBrevia’s Salesforce use, process new sales leads, report on sales data, and prepare proposals.
  • Manage and draft content for eBrevia’s website, blog, social media, and press releases.
  • Oversee office operations, event preparation, recruiting, and file management.
  • Always be thinking creatively of new ways to improve our marketing and sales processes.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3+ years’ professional experience in marketing, sales, legal, or a relevant field.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Ability to take initiative, to direct one’s own work, and to work collaboratively.
  • Enthusiasm, entrepreneurial mindset, and creative problem solving skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and WordPress a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator a plus.

Position Description: 

The Software Engineer Intern will be responsible for extending eBrevia’s core intelligent document analysis web application to include additional features needed to serve our current and future markets. Interns may be extended offers to join eBrevia on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with company’s CTO to design software solutions from feature descriptions.
  • Provide wireframes or mockups to clearly demonstrate new features to investors and stakeholders.
  • Implement selected features into eBrevia’s core product, a Java-based web application.
  • Provide & meet accurate estimates for new features; prioritize features by importance & complexity.
  • Assist with improvements to our core natural language processing algorithms.
Qualifications:
  • Obtained or pursing a BS or graduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 2-3 years demonstrated experience with Java/Javascript in nontrivial team software projects a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and make progress.
  • Experience with team software development best practices a plus, including version control, issue tracking, remote debugging, Eclipse IDE.
  • Experience with web application development a plus.
  • Experience or interest in natural language processing or machine learning a plus.

  • 2-3 years demonstrated experience with Java/Javascript in nontrivial team software projects ideal, though we are language agnostic and will accept talented candidates with similar abilities in other languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and make progress.
  • Experience with team software development best practices a plus, including version control, issue tracking, remote debugging, Eclipse IDE.
